This section covers the structured work-management side of ZeyOS: projects, tasks, action steps, and service tickets.

Use This Section When You Need To

  • plan work through projects and tasks
  • track smaller execution steps separately from larger tasks
  • manage support or service issues as tickets
  • connect work to contacts, accounts, messages, and billing
Not to be confused with
  • Project = the container for a larger initiative
  • Task = a formal work item within or outside a project
  • Action Step / Activity = a smaller operational step linked to other work
  • Ticket = a service or support case

Typical Workflows

  1. Create the project or main work container in Managing Projects and Tasks.
  2. Add formal work items in tasks.
  3. Use Action Steps for smaller operational steps and follow-up activity.
  4. Use Tickets when the work is driven by support or service communication.
